A two-member delegation from MASNAZ, an Israeli International Aid Organization, has paid a familiarization visit to the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital.
The delegation, accompanied by the Israeli Ambassador to Ghana, Ms. Snaow Bar-Li, were at the hospital to inspect ongoing MASNAV funded projects aimed at improving upon quality health care at the hospital.
The projects include a mechanized borehole water project and the expansion and equipping of the Mother and Baby Unit.

The Coordinator of the Millennium Cities Initiative, Madam Abena Akuamoa Boateng, who initiated the project said, MASNAV had spent over US$200,000 on the mechanized water project, which is under construction.
The members of delegation, which included Ms. Talya David, Deputy Director of MASNAV were conducted round the Mother Baby Unit of the hospital by the Director of Nursing Service, Mrs. Patience Yeboah Ampong and the Medical Director of the Hospital, Dr, Baffour Awuah. |
